Eight colleagues organise a small gift exchange. They already use a trusted work messenger and do not want to collect personal email addresses or require another account. One organiser creates the draw and sends each participant a separate reveal link.
The team agrees on the group before drawing
The organiser confirms eight distinct display names, the budget, and the exchange date in the existing team channel. GiftDraw needs only the names and matching constraints.
Only necessary mutual exclusions are added
Two colleagues from the same household should not draw each other, so the organiser adds that pair. Keeping exclusions limited makes a complete assignment easier to produce.
Copy and QR actions stay beside each participant
The manager page shows one row per colleague with the link and QR controls together. The organiser sends each URL in the matching direct conversation and never posts the full list in a shared channel.
Each colleague reveals one stable recipient
A participant opens their private URL and reveals only their own recipient. Reloading does not redraw the exchange. The organiser can see reveal progress but not the assignment pairs.
