Terms of Use
These terms explain the conditions for using GiftDraw. By creating or opening a draw, you agree to them.

1. The service
GiftDraw creates informal one-to-one gift assignments for trusted groups. It is not an identity service, gift seller, payment service, delivery provider, or legal lottery.
2. Capability links
Organizer and participant links grant access to different private actions. Anyone holding a complete private link may exercise its permissions. Send each participant link only to its named recipient.
3. Organizer limitations
The organizer page does not display assignments, but an organizer who distributes participant links could open them. GiftDraw does not promise cryptographic secrecy from a dishonest organizer.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for participant names, exclusions, link distribution, exchange rules, and gifts. Do not enter sensitive, unlawful, misleading, or unnecessary personal information.
5. Availability and limits
The service is provided as available and may change, be interrupted, or discontinue. We may restrict abusive use and apply technical limits for security and reliability.
